Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand our schedules at TYC are very tight. We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalised for the cancellation.

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

 

• Clients must cancel out of a SGPT or PT session with at least 24 hours notice.

• For general group sessions clients must cancel with at least 4 hours notice. 

• If you cancel within the 4 hour or 24-hour time period of the start time of the class/session, you will be charged for that class/session.

• Each client will have one free "no show" per package purchased, meaning they can cancel late and not be penalised. 

• All late cancellations thereafter will incur a £5 charge which must be settled prior to attending the clients next session.

• The client's account will be frozen until payment has been settled.

• All class cancellations must be done via email at: HELLO@THEYARDCLUB.CO.UK or by contacting TYC on +447822014522.

• PT & SGPT session cancellations need to be done by contacting your trainer directly. 

• TYC require one clear calendar month's notice in writing to cancel a rolling monthly membership or subscription.

• The client must be outside the initial 3 month contracted period to provide notice & action cancellation.

 

Refund Policy: 

 

• Once a payment has been made for a subscription, package, group fitness session, SGPT or personal training session from TYC sessions are non-refundable.

• Sessions are non-transferable.

•  Sessions are booked on a "use it or lose it" basis. Typical expiration for up to 50 PT sessions booked is 168 days. Class bookings vary. Please refer to the class terms when booking a session.

• Class & SGPT block bookings have a 28 day expiry from the date of purchase
