SGPT

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions have a maximum capacity of 6 people per session. The SGPT format creates a more cost effective way to train socially whilst ensuring a bespoke & tailored personal coaching experience.

METCON

Our METCON class is a full body metabolic conditioning class. These sessions are mindfully programmed and structured, combining strength and cardio elements promoting both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

Our endurance class is a cardiovascular endurance, conditioning & fitness based session. These sessions are programmed using one or more of the following:

"ALL IN" (SATURDAYS)

Our "ALL IN" Saturday class is our BIG ENERGY team-training session. Similar to our Metcon class but teams of 3 or more. Sign the week off in style with sweat & smiles and start your weekend the best way possible.

MOBILITY

Our MOBILITY classes are designed to help you move better, aid recovery & prevent injury. Instructed by an ART/myofascial release specialist coach, you'll be shown how to trigger point and mobilise your body efficiently & safely, using specialist techniques utilising trigger point tools, resistance bands & more. We guarantee you'll walk away from this session feeling brand new.

AWC

Our AWC (all weather strength and condition) sessions are run out in the yard all year round, whatever the weather. This is a raw old school style S&C session. Battleropes, tractor tyres, kettlebells & more.
